Honey & Violet was founded by hairstylist/hairdresser Lisa Blishaa and make-up artist Nicola Denham. The artistic duo have known each other since birth and have grown up together from children into adulthood. Together with a combined 18 years of experience within the beauty industry, trading separately for a number of years before joining forces to create Honey and Violet Weddings.

The Honey and Violet Bridal Pro team is a group of exclusively chosen stylists with years of experience in the industry, ensuring our clients the very best service on their wedding days. Our Pro Team have been handpicked from areas all over Scotland, from Nairnshire to the Borders, allowing us to support clients across the country with ease.
LISA BLISHAA
Lisa has worked within the hairdressing industry for over 15 years, she has worked with some of the best leading salons in Scotland from the young age of 16 and was successful freelance stylist for 4 years before joining forces with Nicola to create Honey and Violet. Lisa has a passion and love for bridal hair and has a rare natural ability to style and create some eye catching bridal hairstyles.
Hayley mcneill
Hayley is our new Honey and Violet Weddings Co ordinator. She has many years experience with Weddings and Events. Hayley will assist in all weddings from the first enquiry to the big day.
Nicola Denham
Nicola has over 6 years experience within the beauty industry, she started her career studying beauty therapy but found her passion for the makeup artistry when she became key artist for Urban Decay Cosmetics within Stirling. Alongside working for Urban Decay. Nicola maintained a strong reputation with Lisa for their freelance wedding services before the Honey & Violet journey began. Nicola is not only H&V Head make up artist, she is also a brow expert specialising in Brow Lamination, HD Brows and Henna Brows.
